Building a guitar rig is a never-ending story. I like to have a big rig, but I also like a mid-sized rig that I can easily take to a friend’s house and it will still cut through the sound of acoustic drums. At home, I really like having a solid state amp because those can sound good at really low volumes. I play heavy metal music so I mostly like amps that have a great distortion. I also like all of my amps to be two channel(clean and distortion).
